I am sure you can. Just take 2 video outputs and connect to monitor. If you don’t have 2 hdmi on your computer you might need an adapter of some kind, vga to hdmi or use display port.

The monitor comes standard with (2) HDMI Inputs, and (1) VGA Input. If your All-In-One has an HDMI port it would plug directly on there, or I personally use a HDMI to USB Adapter such as the Diamond HDMI to USB 3.0 Adapter, and this monitor will then plug into one of your USB slots.
