Will this cartridge work with desk jet 840c? null

Unfortunately, the HP 61 Standard Capacity Ink Cartridge is not compatible with the HP DeskJet 840C. The DeskJet 840C uses HP 45 (black) and HP 78 (color) ink cartridges.

Thank you for the question. The DeskJet 840C accepts HP 15 black and HP17 tri-color cartridges.
