“I recently paid for two ink cartridges, one for color and one for BLACK. When I went to pick them up, I was given the one for color and told the black one was in the mail. I have not received the black. Am I going to receive the BLACK cartridge? HP 62XLB”

• You should contact Best Buy directly. I have never had a problem ordering and receiving from Best Buy.
