• If you don't have directions, just open copier and pay attention to ink cartridge. There is a "handle" you flip up and the cartridge can be removed. Pay attention how you removed it to replace it with new cartridge. If all else fails, call Best Buy and they will gladly help you.

• Just open the top of the printer, look for the retaining clip and gently flip open...remember to take the tape off the new cartridge before installing
