Can I use an hp 64 cartridge vs an hp 63 in my printer? null

You should stick to the recommended cartridges for best results.

Since there is no difference in price, I would not risk using something that is not meant for my printer.

You should only use the cartridge that supports your printer.As far as I know hp cartridges aren’t interchangeable.

I’m not sure because 63 is the number for my color cartridge but now I notice Staples has 63 black so I think it would be the right size even though I’m supposed to use 64 for my printer it’s exactly the same size as the 63 color cartridge

I doubt it, it’s best to use the ink that’s exactly for your printer, it prevents future problems and won’t void your warranty.
