Thank you for reaching out, apologies for what you're experiencing. You didn't indicate the error message in your inquiry. There are a few reasons why you may be having problems, including all packaging not removed from the cartridge, cartridge not inserted fully, using an Instant Ink cartridge with a canceled account, etc. Please contact HP Support for assistance: 800-474-6836.
