• Yes; I also have an 8025 series that uses the 910 cartridge and the XL lasts a lot longer.

• Yes, this cartridge will fit the OfficeJet Pro 8020. The standard 910 will also fit, although because it is smaller, there will be gaps on both sides when you install it.
