the print head went bad it is cheaper just to replace the printer be careful not to fall into the "replace" the ink cartridge at $50 a pop a new printer would be more cost-effective.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had gotten the same error messages. Using a cotton swab, gently wipe the copper piece on the ink cartridge. It may also help to use another cotton swab and rub off any residual ink from the ink port on the cartridge. Doing this helped me, so I am sharing this technique. Good luck and happy printing!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem once and the only thing I could think of was a defective cartridge. I was able to return it for a refund and got the 920 instead of the 920 xl and it worked find.
