When I bought mine, it included Webroot for a year, a one year warrant, and Microsoft Office 365, along with Dragon Notes. I never used Dragon Notes although I thought I'd use it all the time because usually I don't like typing all that much. The Microsoft Office was already installed on it but I had to use an ID number to register to be able to use it. It was the most recent version of Microsoft Word. And it works wonderfully.
