Q: QuestionWhen will this laptop be back in stock?I'm very eager to purchase this laptop and got even more excited when I saw Microsoft Office 365 Personal comes with it as a Free Bonus Item. I would like to know when you might have this laptop in-stock again and if Microsoft Office will still be a Bonus Item with it when it is available again. My Best Buy doesn't have this laptop nor do any Best Buy's within a 200-mile radius.

• A:Answer You need to watch the best buy website at least twice a day. I had to call corporate and they told me its just pretty much a waiting game. No one could EVER tell me when it would be in stock. When I did the live chat option they told me to contact a store. When I called the store they told me to contact their help line. When I called the help line all they could say is that it isn't discontinued but couldn't tell me when it would be available again. I finally got mine about a month ago around 1am. By the next day they were sold out. To be honest its a waiting game. Other websites have it in stock but I wanted to go through Best Buy because I have their credit card. Good luck and stay patient!

Q: QuestionHow smooth is the mouse pad?I haven't seen any Beats SEs at a physical location to test it out, there are different levels of smoothness that seem to be randomly used with laptops these days, anywhere from awful/gritty to smooth as glass. I would really like to know where this one sits in terms of smoothness.
