Yes it does have a forward/backward scroll wheel on top. And since its bluetooth, no need to use usb port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is a very small mouse and I don't use it for major computing. So for my purposes it works well. If I was going to be involved in larger, longer projects, I wouldn't use this mouse.

I bought this mouse because it 1) uses BluTooth built into my Dell E6420, 2) has no F/B buttons, 3) is compact for travel. Obvously, I also dislike the touch pad of my laptop.
