- Answer This toner cartridge will print approximately 1,300 pages. Page yield is tested on 8.5" x 11" paper with 5% page coverage (a normal document).

QuestionIs the % coverage really 5% on the Color cartridgesOn the HP web site, it appears that HP uses the ISO/IEC 19798 standard, which accounts for higher coverages... about 20%. Am I reading this correctly?

- Answer The color test pages used in HP page yield testing use 20% page coverage. However, this is for all four cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow) combined. Each color only covers 5% of the page. I apologize for any confusion. - Answer This is only a toner cartridge. But we can tell you that none of HP's current inkjet or Laserjet printers can print on CDs.
