• I attempted to upgrade the memory by following the youtube video instructions. However, the version of the HP chromebase I received from best buy does not appear to allow user upgrades as the case is glued together in addition to screws. I would be careful and verify that you are in fact receiving a user upgradeable version of the Chromebase. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GP4Y-0oGmPY
