“I cannot disable the onscreen keyboard. I have followed the Google OS instructions and turned the onscreen toggle switch off . That hasn't worked. I use a Logitec MK 320. Your websited offers an MK 540 as a bundle. Is that the only kbd supported?”

Normally it acts up like that if their is no response from a keyboard, but you can also try using a cordded keyboard at first to get rid of the onscreen on then switch back to your wirless one, ether that or on the screen swipe down on the tip top of the keyboard to bring it down.
