“is anyone getting an error saying the Black Ink Cartridge is incompatible? I bought this printer in Black Friday. I took it home installed the printer in accordance with the manual and ink cartridges that came packaged with the printer. The color cartridge worked but was getting errors for black. Went to HP's support site and went through every possible scenario with no solution. Just wondering if anyone else has had this same problem.”
