“If the color ink runs out will it continue to print i n black? or is there a way to make it only print in black ink?”

• This is an HP 2-cartridge printer so the printheads are built into the cartridges (black and tricolor). Our exclusive feature, Single Cartridge Mode, allows you to print with only one cartridge -- just don't leave the empty one in. So you never have to buy color if you don't want to.

• I have had the same problem....don't know the answer. I have had a lot of problems when trying to print wirelessly from my IPad. I would not recommend buying this printer.
