• yes, of course you can use it with a regular computer. you will need to have a USB cable to connect it to your computer, because it doesn't come with one, but they're cheap to buy.

• I have printed from all the electronics to it. I also like the fact that when I turn my hotspot back on it will connect and be ready to use. So far I haven't had any issues with.
