I have an original HP cartridge but it won’t work. Why? null

Thank you for the question. A 67 or 67XL cartridge will work in the DeskJet 2734e, unless you have set up the printer to use Instant Ink. Please reach out to HP Support for assistance.

If you removed the printer from the HP Instant Ink program, check for Instant Ink-supplied cartridges and replace them with store-bought HP ink. The Instant Ink-supplied cartridges will only work while the printer is on the program.
