There is one major difference between the DeskJet 3755 and the DeskJet 2755e, aside from the 3755 having a smaller profile/footprint: the 3755 has a "bar" type scanner at the top for scanning flat sheets only. The 2755e has a flatbed scanner under the lid, for more flexibility when scanning books pages, etc. The 3755 has a scan resolution of up to 600 dpi, and the 2755e up to 1200 dpi. The 2755e supports auto-enlarge, the 3755 does not.
