You may need to reset your router and reconnect your printer to your Wi-Fi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will want to contact HP Support or Geek Squad and have them troubleshoot to make sure there is not an issue with the printer itself. HP tests all models for issues like this and it should not happen. Many of the newer printer models like the 2755e also have self-healing Wi-Fi to help prevent issues like this. They can figure out if the issue needs to be replaced.
