- Answer If you're asking if it is technically possible, the answer is yes. If you're asking if I was able to use the scanning feature, the answer was NO. There was nothing in the set up instructions even mentioning scanning much less instruction how to set it up. I needed a geek squad home appointment to get it set up. Very disappointing.

QuestionHow can I get the instant ink " six months"?

- Answer The 6 free months of Instant ink is initiated when you set up the Deskjet 2755e printer. It will ask you if you want to sign up for Instant Ink and if you indicate that you do, you will choose the plan (page amount) and you will then get ink sent to you whenever you run low, for the next six months. If you don't sign up at the time you set up your printer, you will forego the 6 free months.
