I had the same problem--VERY SLOW printing. It was taking over 5 minutes to print each page. I was about to return the printer when I saw a suggestion to check the printer settings. Search Printers& Scanners in Windows10 (or whichever windows you are using), choose your printer from the list, click on Manage, click on Printing Preferences and then make sure paper type is " Plain Paper" and not Professional. I have no idea how mine got set to "Professional" but that seems to have been the problem. With paper type set to "Plain Paper" I am now able to print at the speed advertised on the product description.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It tells you how fast it is before you bought it. For a home computer it is slower, but for the money, size and features it is well fast enough and beats going to a place to print.
