- Answer Yes. Laptop maker doesn't have to do anything with printing. As long as your Windows detects the printer (which should be fine in Windows 10), you will be able to print. Just add the printer in same wifi network. If it's not possible, you can use mobile app or google cloud print service from chrome. I believe HP also has similar cloud print service too, you have to check.

- Answer Yes just connect the printer to the same wifi as your iPad and presto ready for printing works great on pdf files. To connect you printer You need to hold the wifi burton for 3 seconds than it should start to look for the anybwireless network including your iPad try it out.
