Yes. Here is a link to the user guide for the DeskJet Plus 4155: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06611086 You should be able to setup the printer using the included setup poster. If your computer or phone is connected to the jet pack hotspot, navigate to 123.hp.com and it should set the printer up to use it.
