• I called HP tech support and with their patient help, we got my hp 4151 linked to my Chromebook. Haven't used fax feature as I have a cellphone, but you could call HP to ask them, they are very helpful.

• Yes, it will work just find with a Samsung Chromebook. You do need a landline to send faxes unless you have an online fax service like eFax.
