It has happened to me one time, and I found out that because the black ink is short, and it was printing in colors. But I must reset print on my iPhone and I pad to be printed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The first thing is to check to make sure that the color ink cartridge is properly seated and that it has ink in it. If it does, your next option would be to contact the HP Support team so they can troubleshoot the issue.
