“Does the 4155e have a glass that lifts where you can place a document on to make a copy? Also, can you copy a credit card, etc? How is the blank paper loaded in the printer?”

Yes it has a glass that lifts to place a paper to copy or even a drivers license, etc. Paper is loaded from rear and there is a place to put more on top side.

You would then close the lid and start your scan/copy. The DeskJet 4155e also has an automatic document feeder, for easy scanning of multiple pages, or legal-size originals. The scan bed will handle originals up to 8.5 x 11.69". Yes, you can copy whatever you'd like, including ID cards, etc. Paper loads from a horizontal tray on the rear of the printer. You can see that in the third picture in the media scroll.
