• I had the same problem. I forgot the site that I accidentally came upon. It was a chat and I had to give my phone no. The tech called me back and took over my computer, which everyone says not to let them do because of spyware. I did it anyhow. It took him a while and he said he couldn't install the drivers. He did fix it not knowingly. He did try to get me to buy something, but I refused. Then I took off what he put on to get on my computer.
