“I have an HP all in one. can I use the screen and just buy a new tower? It will not take Windows 11 so I know it is on it's last leg.”

Thank you for the question. That depends on the model of your old all-in-one. If it has an HDMI IN port, you can connect it to your tower's HDMI (out) port.
