This desktop has an integrated 10/100/1000 GbE LAN connection, which means it can handle Ethernet speeds of 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, and 1000 Mbps (1 Gbps). This should work perfectly with your Spectrum internet. As for USB ports, this desktop comes with 4 USB 2.0 Type-A ports and 4 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate;. That gives you a total of 8 USB ports.
