I connected speakers and a printer to both my pc at work and at home. I bought 2 of these desktops because I liked the first one so much. I don't use a camera but I think it would work well also.

The HP M01-F3224 has 8 USB Type A ports (for connecting a printer, a monitor, a camera, and whatever peripherals you'll want to add). It also has audio-in and audio-out jacks, if your speakers connect that way. Some speakers simply connect via USB or Bluetooth. This model has Bluetooth.
