Hello and thank you for asking. The HP M01-F3244 (577L7AA) desktop PC has one PCIe x16 expansion slot and one PCIe x1 expansion slot. The M.2 adapters require a PCIe x4 or higher slot, so it would have to use the PCIe x16 slot. That would preclude the use of a GPU card in the future.
