The computer has a VGA and HDMI video output already, so if you wanted to add a second monitor you can just plug it in to the other video output. Depending on the video inputs on your monitors, you may need to buy an adapter to connect to the second input. And yes, Windows 10 will automatically detect that you have two monitors connected.
