Yes, you can add the GeForce GTX 1050 TI 4GB graphics card on this desktop. You will also need to upgrade the power supply since this desktop comes with 180 Watt Gold efficiency power supply. The graphics card requires at least 300 watt power supply. This Desktop PC has the L08660-800 - 180W power supply installed.
