Hi Anthony! Yes, you can add the GeForce GTX 1050 TI 4GB graphics card to this desktop. You will also need to upgrade the power supply since this desktop comes with a 180 Watt Gold efficiency power supply. The graphics card requires at least a 300-watt power supply. This Desktop PC has the L08660-800 - 180W power supply installed. This chassis can also use the L64961-800 - 310W power supply, and the connectors should be the same. I hope this helps you.
