Doll, thank you for your question! This computer does not have the endpoint security software that caused that issue, which was later corrected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Microsoft issued a patch for this problem a few days after this happened. So, this should not be a problem. One of two scenarios may play out. 1. If the system you buy was boxed after the patch was issued, it should already be installed. 2. If not, the first thing your new computer will do when started is look for software updates and the patch will be installed so that nothing adverse will happen. Either way you are covered.
