• Yes you can upgrade to windows 10 pro through Microsoft Store. I don't know what laptop the HP representative is talking about because this is a desktop.

• You can upgrade to Windows 10 Pro either through the Microsoft Store on the laptop. Or you can get the Windows 10 Pro upgrade from Best Buy.
