Would I be able to update to Chromebook Plus OS null

Hi Joe and thank you for asking. According to Google, the HP ELITE c1030 Chromebook cannot be upgraded as it does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for the Chromebook Plus OS.

Well, you'd have to contact HP. From what I saw on their site, it's $90.00 per year, and you can run Win 10 apps.
