• I bought this, and the battery in mine does not last very long at all, maybe 2 hours with light internet surfing. But it is a refurb, so battery life varies and is not guaranteed.

• Lol yes it comes with a battery and while playing MC it lasts about 4.5hrs / using excel & google earth lasts about 5 / just browing web, listening to youtube, streaming movies, battery lasts about 6.5hrs Overall pretty decent.

• Yes, it has a battery. Battery life will vary with usage and decrease over time.
