QuestionI purchased this refurbished laptop and it asks me to activate windows. It will not activate windows because it says a valid genuine license key is not available. I feel like I have be ripped off by Best Buy. Not sure what to do about it yet.

- Answer The Windows product key is in the bottom of the laptop. You need to scratch off the hidden portion to reveal the whole key. Enter this key to activate Windows.

- Answer It may run the Sims 4 but you would have to do it on the lower settings. For the best experience you really need a model with a dedicated GPU.

- Answer the 8 gigas of memory with cache memory that is used by the pc for the speed. but the pc brings hard drive of 500 gigabytes and usb ports to put the memories you want
