“I purchased this refurbished laptop and it asks me to activate windows. It will not activate windows because it says a valid genuine license key is not available. I feel like I have be ripped off by Best Buy. Not sure what to do about it yet.”

• The Windows product key is in the bottom of the laptop. You need to scratch off the hidden portion to reveal the whole key. Enter this key to activate Windows.
