I can't tell you Best Buy's official definition of refurbished is. I CAN tell you that I bought a refurbished HP Elitebook in August and I love it. Delivery was on-time and Best Buy offers support if I need it ... I haven't needed it. The machine itself looks new, there are no visible defects, it's fast and reliable. You'd never know it wasn't new. This is a great solution when my wants are more $ than my budget!
