“does this computer have a DVD/CD optical drive. if not which HP model has one”

• It does not, simply because there's not enough room in the computer to package a CD/DVD drive and everything else. Several different HP models have them, but the lineup is constantly changing. In new laptops, you'll need to look at models in the 15-17" range.
