“Hello, can the laptop is charged directly with thunderbolt(usb-c) when the laptop is on? I just get a new one. It is only charged through usb-c when the laptop is completely shut down. How can I enable usb-c charging when the laptop is on?”

• Your better off charging the laptop with the power cord.
