Thank you for the question. There are phone apps available for download if you wish to use your laptop to make calls. You can also use the Microsoft Phone Link app to receive calls ringing on your Android phone. We are not sure what you are asking about "individual Wi-Fi". The laptop has Wi-FI, and you can use it with a mobile Hot Spot if you do not have traditional internet service. You can use your phone's mobile data to connect the laptop to the internet.
