MODEL NO. IS F9MO8UA - Serial No. is: 8CG8498T48. I was a geek member for a couple year and will re-join if I can get this battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have several HP laptops and when I've had this issue I have the Geek Squad send it back for replacement. If it's in warranty, it will not cost you anything and if it's not they will replace the battery at a reasonable price.
