QuestionI bought this computer about 6 months ago. Sits on my desk and never leaves. The computer is on but screen is blank (nothing). This is the second time this has happened. Keys and On/Off button do nothing. Whats wrong and whats my recourse.

- Answer It would take quite a bit of troubleshooting to figure out what's wrong. Your best option would be to contact the HP support team so they can try and determine what the problem is.

- Answer I haven't noticed it being loud. I did have a Macbook before and that computer fan was very noisy.

- Answer No it does not have a lindicator light for “num lock”. It does have have a lighting led for the on-off button next to the “delete” button.
