• Nope! not windows 7. I hate windows 10 and was so excited to purchase because it stated windows 7. it actually is hp envy not pavilion and windows 10 not 7 as advertised

• Own two of these; first came from a big box store; second direct from HP; it was equipped with Win 7 Pro; it's fast and heavy; has SSD and fell 3 feet to a carpeted floor and didn't skip a beat; SSD must have withstood the fall. Keys are illuminated; dimly ( you can increase brightness with the controls at top row) so. but illuminated. Machine shipped from China directly, it's the currrent HP Envy model.
