So far so good! This laptop has exceeded my expectations! It's fast and the screen is large and very clear. I like that I can use the touch pad or touch screen. Plenty of USB ports and I also really like that this one has a CD disc tray. No complaints. I use the laptop for online streaming and some games. Seems to have ample space for pictures, videos, music and such.

Please try again later.I have seen that happen nothing is a 100% perfect so from time to time you will see someone who is unhappy with an item. but if it is 1 out of 50 it's still a great item. if your a gamer this may not be the level required. if your into playing some games online, schooling, research, photography etc this is the computer that gives you the best bang for your bucks.. touch screen and back lit key board under 1100.00 is had to find wih i7 and 12gb 1tb..
