From what I can find, we can only customize the brightness of the backlight, by toggling the f4 button. I don't think it supports custom color backlighting.

The Envy 13-bf0013dx laptop does not have customizable keyboard lighting. It does have a backlit keyboard and the F4 key can be used to toggle off/on or dim/brighten the backlight.
